1. Free service and consideration. This site is provided as a free service by the site owner. The rights granted to the site owner in these terms are part of the consideration for that free service.

The contributor keeps its own rights in the same information. 3. Use by a company binds the company. Use of this site by any employee, agent, contractor, or other person acting on behalf of a company constitutes use by that company, and constitutes that company's acknowledgment and agreement to these terms, including the license in section 2, covering all information added through any of its users. Each person using this site represents that they are authorized to accept these terms for any company they act for.
