RLookup Privacy

Last updated October 20, 2026

Who we are

This policy explains how Chimzee LLC ("we"), which runs RLookup, collects and uses personal information through rlookup.io, the previews we prepare, our emails and our services. Contact: hello@chimzee.com or call (645) 244-3636, 8045 Abbott Ave #201, Miami Beach, FL 33141.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, your restaurant's name, its website, your email or mobile number, and anything you tell us in a message, call or email.

Business information we gather: information your restaurant already publishes, such as its website, menu, hours, photos, social pages, ordering links and public listings. This is mostly information about the business, not about you personally.

Usage information: when you visit rlookup.io or a preview, our own analytics records the pages you view, how far you scroll, the buttons and links you click, which form fields you use (never what you type), your browser and device type, your IP address and an approximate location derived from it, and a random identifier stored in your browser so repeat visits can be counted.

Email information: our emails can tell us whether they were opened and which links were clicked, using a small image and tracked links. Many email apps let you block images.

How we use it

To prepare and send your preview, answer your questions, provide and support the services you buy, and keep records of our dealings with you.

To understand how our site, previews and emails perform and to improve them.

To protect our previews and code, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep our systems secure.

To send you emails about your preview or our services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business under confidentiality obligations, such as our email and workspace provider, hosting and our internal notification tools.

Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

A buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work, such as remembering that you entered a preview PIN, and first-party analytics identifiers as described above. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features, such as opening a preview, may then not work.

How long we keep it

We keep preview requests and related messages for up to two years unless you become a customer, and customer records for as long as you use our services and for the time needed afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is kept for up to two years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

To make a request, email hello@chimzee.com or call (645) 244-3636. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

Browsers handle Do Not Track signals inconsistently and there is no common standard, so our site does not respond to them. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will tell customers about material changes by email.
